Demanding Kim Tate barges in to confront Lydia Dingle in tense Emmerdale spoiler video
Kim won't leave until Lydia talks to her
Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) recently returned to the Emmerdale village after spending Christmas with her mother, and Kim Tate (Claire King) is determined to get back into her good books.
When Lydia found out that Kim was more involved in the death of rapist Craig Reed (Ben Addis) than she’d initially let on, she was devastated, and decided to take some time away to think things through.
Kim was one of the first people Lydia confided in after her horrific rape ordeal, and she acted as a pillar of support for her employee.
However, all that changed after Craig was found dead in suspicious circumstances.
It transpired Kim was riding the horse that had ultimately killed Craig, and with husband Sam Dingle (James Hooton) having already beaten him up against her wishes, it was all too much for Lydia to take.
With the Dingle matriarch now back in the village, Kim sees her opportunity to win her over, as a new spoiler video shows.
When Lydia arrives at Wishing Well Cottage, she is surprised to see Kim carrying a gift basket, and quickly makes it clear that she isn’t welcome.
She reveals that she hoped Kim would respect her wishes and stay away, though Kim clearly has other ideas.
When Lydia tries to enter the Dingle house, Kim takes the opportunity to barge past in true Kim Tate fashion, stubbornly blocking the door so that Lydia can’t get in.
Determined to win round her friend, Kim insists that she’s not going anywhere until Lydia hears her out.
Will Lydia agree, or does Kim have more making up to do?
