Someone discovers Cindy’s cruel plan in EastEnders – but will they expose all?
Cindy’s on a mission to get her ex back
Cindy Beale’s (Michelle Collins) big plan to win ex-husband George Knight (Colin Salmon) is on the brink of exposure as his son Junior (Micah Balfour) watches on from afar.
As fans of the BBC One soap will know, the pair shared a kiss whilst she comforted him over the imprisonment of his adoptive dad Eddie (Christopher Fairbank) and subsequent loss of his mum Gloria (Elizabeth Counsell).
As a copying mechanism, he’d turned to engaging in dangerous illegal fights which left him with a brain injury.
His fiancée Elaine (Harriet Thorpe) soon found out and told Ian (Adam Woodyatt) earlier this week.
Realising that having her around reminded him of their late daughter Lucy, he quickly forgave her but Cindy had some making up to do with daughters Gina (Francesca Henry) and Anna (Molly Rainford).
Neither of the girls wanted to hear her excuses, and despite Junior bringing them all together, it ended disastrously with them storming out of Peggy’s. Later, Anna was mugged as they walked home.
Next week, noticing Cindy is tending to her war wounds after an explosive row with his mum Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Ian (Adam Woodyatt) is forced to apologise on her behalf.
Cindy asserts that Anna’s mugging is at the top of her priority list and heads to The Vic with Jack (Scott Maslen) to get her to make a statement – but she’s reluctant.
