Shock twist for Keanu Taylor’s body as builders make a big discovery in EastEnders

WALLS could be closing in on the Six as Keanu Taylor’s body remains under Kathy Beale’s café.

The nightmare begun on Christmas Day for six of Walford’s most beloved ladies as they witnessed the murder of Keanu Taylor.
Linda Carter (portrayed by Kellie Bright) stabbed the hunk to death in an attempt to save her best pal Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) from her own tragic demise.
Once the deed was done, there was no going back for the Vic landlady, Sharon and their accomplices, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth).
The Six agreed to dispose of Keanu’s body under Kathy’s café, which was set ablaze in late 2023 by Rocky Cotton and due to be built back up.
Unfortunately, and as BBC One viewers have experienced over the decades, secrets don’t stay buried forever in Albert Square and the Six could be facing repercussions sooner than they anticipated.
Coming up, Suki is shaken when Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) reveals that the builders at Kathy’s café may have to lay its foundations again.
Panicked, Suki rushes to No.41 in a bid to persuade her soon-to-be former husband Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) to reconsider turning the café into flats.
As viewers of the London-based program will indubitably remember, Nish marked the end of an era when he took the iconic café away from Kathy, thus making another enemy in Walford.
At the time, the loan shark had been pestering and intimidating Kathy’s husband Rocky (Brian Conley) into paying his dues.
But he took pleasure in driving a wedge between Rocky and Kathy by telling her he had been responsible for the café fire all along.
Rocky eventually had to pay for his actions, which were all part of an elaborate scheme to fill his pockets with the insurance money, while the Six continue to roam free in the Square.
After pleading with Nish, Suki is shocked when he agrees to reconsider his plans for the café.
But the biggest surprise ensues as Denise Fox arrives – what does she have to say?
Denise Fox struck Nish Panesar over the head with a heavy champagne bottle on Christmas Day, as the treacherous loan shark was trying to hold Suki back from leaving him for Eve Unwin (Heather Peace).
Nish was left at death’s door and Suki managed to revive him while Keanu and Sharon’s altercation turned deadly.
Keanu, who is presumed to have left the Square for greener pastures, was blamed for Nish’s assault but with Denise slowly unravelling, secrets could come pouring out into the light.
In later scenes, Kathy calls a crisis meeting in The Vic barrel store to talk about the hairstylist, who also has to deal with the breakdown of her marriage to Jack Branning.
Suki drops her own bombshell, leaving the women concerned as she tells them about Denise’s visit to Nish.
What will they do?
