Family life at Home Farm exploded with the arrival of Dawn Fletcher's estranged mum Rose
Emmerdale fans have predicted more drama is on the horizon after a newcomer stormed into the village.
Rose Jackson’s true identity was revealed last week as the estranged mum who abandoned village favourite Dawn Taylor when she was just a girl. Not content with ex-husband Will Taylor’s parting words when the pair had a tense reunion in the hospital, Rose rocked up at the village with Dawn on her mind.
But, the reunion is not what she had planned when Dawn insists Kim be present after Rose lets herself into Home Farm. In a twist of the knife, Dawn told Rose that the Home Farm matriarch had been “more of a mum to her than [Rose] ever had”.

Dawn made it clear that there was no hope of salvaging the relationship Rose turned her back on decades ago, telling her mum that “what’s broken can’t be fixed”. But, fans of the ITV soap predict a fresh feud will now unfold between the women.
Wanting to protect her family, Kim offers Rose two thousand pounds to go back to Spain and never return. She seems to accept but viewers can see that things are far from over.
One wrote: “There’s no chance this is the last of Rose. She won’t back down now!”
Another viewer paired a smirking emoji with: “When Rose double crosses Kim…” A third warned Rose: “Don’t try take on Kim because it will end in tears!”
Elsewhere, Manpreet Sharma found herself taking things to far when she approaches Billy Fletcher after having a few drinks in The Woolpack with Ella Forster but the personal trainer remained oblivious to the GP’s attempts to flirt with him. Ella takes Manpreet aside and encourages her to back down before doing something she regrets.
Her innocent crush becomes something that cannot stay hidden when the tipsy doctor tries to kiss Billy. The whole exchange is witnessed by Claudette Anderson who has her suspicions that things have fizzled out between her son Charles and Manpreet all but confirmed.
