Home and Away stars spotted kissing after relationship reveal but fans have one complaint

One small detail in the intimate footage left fans feeling a little sour.

It was revealed earlier this week that Home and Away stars Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart have taken their on-screen romance off-screen, with the two dating in real life after they both split from their partners within the last year.

While their characters on Home and Away, Leah and Justin, just tied the knot after years of on-screen love on the show, it appears the fairytale has spilt over into real life, with The Sunday Telegraph reporting that romance first sparked late last year after Ada and James were seen kissing at a Seven Network Christmas Party.

Following months of speculation that the pair had been secretly dating, Yahoo Lifestyle obtained a picture of the pair enjoying a day out with their children last month. Ada and her son Johnas Xipolitas were pictured enjoying lunch with James and his daughter Scout at Sydney’s Luna Park on April 7, with an onlooker telling Yahoo Lifestyle: “They looked super happy and like they were having a nice family day out.”

Now, a video obtained by New Idea has been dropped into a Home and Away Facebook fan group. It shows Ada and James laughing together and sharing a sneaky kiss on the street—except some fans spotted a detail that left them feeling a little sour: James having a cheeky puff on a cigarette.

“Wow didn’t know James smoke,” one fan commented. “Naughty naughty,” another replied.

“Puts me off… smoking… who does that these days?” another asked. “Who can afford it these days too!” someone commented underneath.

Others jumped in to defend the actor.

“So what if James smokes, it’s his business, nobody else’s,” one fan said. “People just got to have something to whinge about,” another said.
