Home and Away spoiler: Bree tries to kiss Remi

Remi continues to oppose Bree’s attempts to check up on him, encouraging her to speak to Nelson as he needs her support too. Bree doesn’t see any harm in checking in with someone she still cares about, especially when they’re going through a tough time.

As they continue to talk, Remi wonders what might have become of him and Stevie. Bree and Remi also reflect on their own relationship, as Remi says that he disagrees with Bree’s belief that it was defined by trauma.

As Remi explains why he fell in love with Bree, she gets caught up in the moment and leans in for a kiss. Just as quickly, she leaves – mortified to have made a move on her ex while he’s still grieving.

Later, Remi tells Bree that they should probably stay away from each other for a while. Bree agrees it’s a good idea, but privately she’s in turmoil – is she still in love with her ex?

Meanwhile, when John tries to recruit Dana for a big day on patrol the next day following Stevie’s death, she refuses as she has to attend Tane’s trial. At Salt, she rehearses her testimony and reckons she knows it backwards by now, but she’s still anxious.

On the morning of the trial, John sees Dana dressed up for court in the Diner and accuses her of blowing off patrol for a social event, bringing her to tears. When Marilyn corrects him, he’s horrified by his tactlessness. Can he make things right with Dana?
