Emmerdale’s Suni Sharma reveals shocking secret over Rishi 𝕕eath

Suni Sharma has disclosed the startling link between his father Amit and Emmerdale’s Rishi Sharma’s demise.

Suni found out earlier this year that his father Amit Sharma was present when Rishi Sharma went down the steps and died from his wounds.

For months now, Amit has pleaded with his son to keep the truth a secret, and this has caused tensions to mount up to the hour-long episode airing on Wednesday, December 27.

Throughout the installment, Suni remained anxious and confided in his partner Nicky that a secret that was weighing heavily on his family was bothering him.

He visited his father in the hopes of persuading him to tell Jai the truth before their secret was discovered in another manner.

“This is your chance [with Jai] and it starts with no secrets,” Suni stated to him.

Suni informed his father that he thought that telling Jai the truth was “the only way” he could feel like a true brother after Amit flatly rejected.

His father cautioned, “If you just charge in, it’ll destroy more than it will heal.”

The moment he told Laurel and Jai, “Dad was there the day Uncle Rishi died,” they were shocked.

Rishi related the entire tale of Amit appearing to persuade his brother not to disclose the truth about the adoption, leaving Jai and Laurel speechless.

A startled Jai questioned, “Are you telling me that he shoved him?” Suni insisted, “No, no! Naturally not!”

Jai was unreceptive to Suni’s argument, claiming that Amit had to have killed Rishi in order to conceal the adoption.
