Emmerdale spoilers: Moira Barton issues dark warning to Aaron Dingle amid Cain Dingle brain injury 𝕕eath terror

There hasn’t been a lot of love lost between Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) in Emmerdale for the past few weeks, and their most recent fight may end with deadly consequences.

Aaron and Cain’s feud erupted in violent scenes this week which saw the pair brawl over Cain’s stolen car, with Aaron ultimately coming out on top.

In Friday’s (January 26) episode, Cain was determined to make Aaron pay, assuring furious wife Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) that he would ‘sort it’.

Of course, Moira was fed up of all the to-ing and fro-ing, and soon took it upon herself to confront Aaron herself.

Moira gave Aaron a dark warning over Cain’s situation

At the scrapyard, she warned him to end his feud with Cain for the sake of everyone involved, muttering under her breath that he was an idiot when Aaron retorted that Cain knew now to let it lie.

Unfortunately for Aaron, he couldn’t have been more wrong, and he soon found Cain waiting for him in the office.

Determined to teach Aaron a lesson, Cain lunged for him, only for his vision to start blurring as Aaron continued to goad him.

However, Aaron soon stopped playing the hardman when Cain collapsed, leaving him horrified.

He wasted no time in rushing Cain to hospital, contacting Moira on the way, who soon rushed to be with her husband.

After a conversation with the doctors, Moira revealed that they were assessing Cain for a brain injury, and asked Aaron what had really happened in the garage the day before.

Aaron played it down, explaining that they’d had a ‘bit of a tussle’, but Moira could tell there was something more.

After catching sight of Cain hooked up to machines in his hospital bed, Moira issued Aaron with a dark warning:

‘If he doesn’t wake up, you’re going to prison, and if he does, you’re a dead man…’
