Emmerdale spoilers: Moira Barton confronts broken Charity Dingle as Moses goes missing

Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) has been having a really hard time since accidentally killing Damon Harris (Robert Beck) on Christmas Day in Emmerdale.

After finding Damon holding Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) at gunpoint in an abandoned factory, Charity leapt in to save him, and a tussle over the gun resulted in her accidentally shooting him.

Damon died in front of her eyes, and though Charity was cleared of any wrongdoing by police, she has still been living with the guilt of what she did.

The tragic event has left her suffering with severe PTSD symptoms, that she has been trying her best to hide from her peers.

Moira is concerned for Charity’s wellbeing

However, in upcoming scenes it becomes clear to husband Mack just how much she is struggling, though he fails to get through to her when he tries to help.

Things go from bad to worse for the family when young Moses goes AWOL, causing panic for them all.

When Moira Barton (Natalie J Robb) learns that his disappearance is a result of Charity’s nerves, she is troubled.

Having already been concerned for Charity’s wellbeing after an outburst from her several days ago, Moira heads over to see her.

She expresses her concerns but is brushed aside as Charity insists that everything is fine.

Of course, that isn’t really the case, as Charity is suffering regular anxiety attacks and flashbacks, but she manages to convince Moira all the same.

How much longer will Charity suffer alone?
