Emmerdale fans in stitches as they spot Ruby problem
Ruby was unimpressed with her husband's remarks during Thursday's visit to Emmerdale
Emmerdale fans saw the funny side during Thursday’s episode as Ruby Fox-Milligan tried to make it clear to her husband that she was upset.
Viewers who tuned in for Thursday’s Emmerdale saw Nicky Milligan asking his dad Caleb if he could become an equal partner in the family business. Caleb essentially laughed in his son’s face and told him he is lucky to even own a quarter of the shares.
He began to question how many clients Nicky has brought in, what his business plans are, and what the gross income is. Nicky was lost for words, but said he would learn everything and do his dad proud.
Caleb and Ruby had words
Afterwards Ruby told Caleb she was disappointed in him for putting their son down and not believing in him. Caleb explained he wanted his son to “do better for himself than I’ve done” and said he thought the only way that would happen is if he wasn’t “given a leg up”.
Ruby then began passively aggressively vacuuming their home to make sure Caleb knew how angry she was, and soap fans were quick to react on X. Ashley said: “Ruby stop abusing that hoover” and Angie said: “Howling, is Ruby annoyed with Caleb or the hoover?”
Mike said: “You can tell Ruby has never hoovered up before [cry-laughing emoji]” and Penny said: “Wow, Ruby does her own cleaning”.
