EastEnders spoilers: Whitney Dean and Zack Hudson split ‘confirmed’ as betrayal shatters them

Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and Zack Hudson’s (James Farrar) relationship is set to be rocked by a huge betrayal in upcoming EastEnders scenes, which could spell the end for the couple.

Next week, viewers will get an insight into Whitney and Zack’s trip to Milton Keynes to visit Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer), and it doesn’t take long for things to take a dramatic turn.

Despite initial discontent from local child Britney, Whitney begins to form a kinship with the young girl, and soon learns that her mum, Keeley, is a drug addict.

Whitney clearly grows protective of Britney, and is soon confronting Keeley about the way she treats her kids.

There is trouble ahead for Whitney and Zack

Though Zack is eager to get back to Walford, Whitney is determined to do right by Britney, but things take a dramatic turn during an argument with Keeley which sees the young girl run straight into the path of a speeding car.

Whitney acts fast and pushes her out of the way, only to be run over herself.

Zack and the rest of Whitney’s family are horrified, but later receive the good news that both Whitney and her unborn baby are fine.

When they arrive back at Bianca’s, Whitney learns that Keeley has been arrested for drug dealing, and discovers that Britney is now missing.

Ignoring Bianca’s advice, Whitney heads out to look for her, and is relieved when Zack informs her that he has found her

However, the couple later come to blows when Whitney offers to care for Britney while the social workers sort out the official plans.

Unable to agree to what Whitney wants, Zack heads back to Albert Square without her, and soon runs into Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa).

She is stunned to hear about Whitney’s pregnancy and the car accident, and the pair are soon engaged in an emotional heart to heart.

Later, a concerned Lauren rings Whitney as Zack drowns his sorrows in the Vic, but Whitney is adamant that she is staying in Milton Keynes.

As Lauren tries to help Zack sober up, she offers him relationship advice, and he misreads the signals and leans in to kiss her.

With Zack having betrayed Whitney with her best friend, is this the end of their relationship?
