EastEnders’ Gina Knight fights back as r𝕒pist Dean Wicks 𝕒ttacks her
EASTENDERS’ Gina Knight has escaped rapist Dean Wicks – by punching him in the face as he attacked her tonight.
The barmaid – who is played by actress Francesca Henry in the BBC soap – had been convinced by Dean that he was innocent of raping Linda Carter and all his many other crimes.
With their relationship exposed this week, Gina’s mum Cindy offered Dean £60k to leave her alone.
But after clashing with Cindy in the shop, Dean rejected her offer – but he had no idea that Gina overheard part of the conversation.
She later confronted her mum and ignored her begging.
However it was clear that everything Cindy had said, as well as the words from Roxy’s daughter Amy and even Linda had all given Gina doubts about Dean.
So when she went over for a romantic night with him, she couldn’t help but question him when he started ranting about Amy and Cindy’s offer.
“All day I’ve been wondering why my mum would do that,” Gina said.
“But why? Why is everyone so keen to keep me away from you?”
Dean insisted that everyone was lying. He claimed Linda lied about being raped, Roxy was a massive coke-head and he only tried to help her and that Amy was riddled with mental health issues.
“You know you actually had me believing it all – this whole little story you’ve created,” Gina said before telling Dean she should leave.
But Dean wouldn’t let her and when she tried to push by him, he grabbed her.
“You’re not walking out on me,” he said.
But Gina punched Dean straight in the face – showing him the years of training her professional boxer dad gave her.
“You should’ve taken the money when you had the chance,” she said as she fled having foiled Dean’s attack.
But will Dean leave it there?
