When a member of the family is rushed to hospital, will Priya have a change of heart about her offer to Nish?
DYING Nish Panesar gets a shock offer from Priya Nandra-Hart in EastEnders.
It was revealed last month that the villain – played by Navin Chowdhry – is terminally ill due to a virus that is causing his heart to fail, and that it would eventually kill him.
While his family didn’t believe him initially – who could blame them after his manipulating behaviour in the past – doctors soon confirmed he was telling the truth when Nish collapsed and ended up in hospital.
Now in upcoming EastEnders scenes, Priya is seen ordering things on Sukiā€™s credit card without asking.
Her daughter Avani warns her not to compromise their situation through foolishness, fed up of having her life disrupted by constant moves.
Priya rashly decides to make Nish an offer to secure her familyā€™s future and are later seen finalising their ‘deal’.
However, Nugget collapses on the pavement and Priya’s attention turns to her poorly son being in hospital.
In the waiting room, Dr Miller tells Nuggetā€™s family that his kidneys arenā€™t working properly and asks if heā€™s been taking drugs, which they refute.
But Ravi takes Dr Miller aside to share Zackā€™s suspicions about steroids, after he observed Nugget and Denzel at the Boxing Den earlier in the week.
Ravi and Priya start arguing about their parenting failures but end up leaning on each other for support.
However, Priya is shocked when Dr Miller comes returns to say that Ravi was right – Nugget has been taking steroids.
Later in the week, Nugget regains consciousness, but Priya and Ravi are devastated when the doctors say his kidneys are not responding and he may need long-term dialysis.
The pressure mounts as his parents, then the police, press Nugget to tell them who supplied the drugs, but he wonā€™t say.
When alone with Priya, Nish reminds her of their arrangement.
Will she stick to their deal? Or try and backtrack after what’s happened to Nugget?
