Bobby Beale’s Eastenders exit predicted as fans twig tragic ‘𝕞urder’ twist ending

EastEnders’ Bobby Beale, portrayed by Clay Milner Russell, is feared to meet a tragic end as his exit from the soap looms, according to fans.

The character has been embroiled in several high-stakes storylines in Albert Square, most notably in 2014 when it was unveiled that he had murdered his half-sister, Lucy Beale, played by Hetti Bywater. Bobby was subsequently dispatched to a young offenders institution, but made a comeback to the show in 2019, with Clay taking over the role previously enacted by Eliot Carrington. In recent plot twists, Bobby has grappled with the reappearance of Cindy Beale, portrayed by Michelle Collins, who finds it hard to accept him following the murder of her daughter.

Their relationship began on shaky ground, with Cindy even pressuring Ian Beale, played by Adam Woodyatt, to choose between her and Bobby. Bobby has also found himself entangled in a love triangle with Freddie Slater ( Bobby Brazier ) and Anna Knight (Molly Rainford).

Fans will recall that Bobby has harboured feelings for Anna since she first entered the scene. However, the Daily Star reports he was left heartbroken when he found out that his best mate Freddie had slept with Anna. Despite this, the friends managed to patch up their differences, and Bobby is now seeing Anna.

But in a shock move earlier this year, it was revealed that actor Clay would be waving goodbye to Albert Square, with a “definite goodbye” on the cards. After a five-year stint, he took the “difficult decision” to depart from the BBC soap.

Eagle-eyed fans reckon they’ve sussed out his exit strategy – and it’s looking grim. A Reddit user posted an interview snippet with Cindy Beale actress Michelle Collins. The soap veteran dropped hints that Cindy’s about to take a dark turn. The fan theory mill went into overdrive, with many predicting Cindy might just off Bobby in a jaw-dropping plot twist.

One user remarked: “RIP Bobby, I guess.” Another pieced together: “And Bobby is leaving. let’s put two and two together..” A third suggested: “I guess she’s going to plot to get rid of bobby and is successful.” Someone else concurred: “She’s gonna kill Bobby isn’t she.”

Yet, some viewers are betting on a different outcome for Bobby’s departure, involving a love triangle gone wrong. One speculated: “I think Bobby is going to leave Eastenders because Anna and Freddie might hook up again.” Another mused: “I wonder how Bobby will exit the show later in the year? I think Freddie might end up declaring his love for Anna – Bobby will discover this and then leave the show that way. Then the door can be left open for him for a possible return in the future.”
