Emmerdale spoiler videos confirm a shock passion rekindled as two surprise olive branches are extended

Emmerdale serves up more intrigue and mystery next week, with a little taster of what’s to come via Metro’s brand new video clips.

The ITV soap has been knocking it out of the park since the New Year, which saw the tragic death of Heath Hope (Sebastian Dowling), who perished in a car accident.

But it’s not just the storyline in question that steps up the pace next week, with big developments on the cards for a multitude of villagers including Kim Tate (Claire King), Caleb Milligan (William Ash) and more.

Caleb, for one, is taken aback by a confession from Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) while Kim is determined to make amends with an old friend.

Monday January 8

Lydia Dingle, who returned to the village last week, exits Wishing Well cottage and is surprised to find Kim standing on the porch with a gift basket in hand.

Branding her former friend ‘unbelievable’, Lydia insists that Kim respect her wishes and leave her alone but, Kim being Kim, refuses to do so, urging her to give her a chance to say her piece.

But can Kim make amends for what she’s done in respect to lying about Craig Reed’s death? Or is it an old fashioned case of too little too late?

Wednesday January 10

Tracy meets with Kim and Gabby Thomas up at Home Farm to pitch her idea of an outdoor forest nursery. Kim isn’t sold and repeatedly asks Tracy questions, all of which she has great answers for.

Despite Tracy’s strong pitch, Kim declines to hear her out. Gabby, however, is incredibly interested and thus wants to know more about it, much to Tracy’s delight.

Amit stops by The Hide for a conversion with Suni, who is rattled by his presence, knowing Jai will be back shortly. Amit, however, isn’t worried, determined to make things right as he invites Suni to dinner.

Like Suni predicted, Jai isn’t pleased when he sets his sights on his biological father, ordering him to leave the premises.

Amit reiterates that he’s not going to stop fighting for his son. But will his efforts prove fruitful? Or has Jai made his mind up?

Thursday January 11

Tracy is taken aback when Caleb speaks to her outside the cafe, with the subsequent conversation confirming that the two spent the night together, despite previously having called off their affair.

Tracy admits to Caleb that she’s conflicted as she likes being in his company in private but struggles with keeping her feelings for him hidden while in public. Is she starting to fall for him?
