Some soap stars are off to see Taylor Swift perform her Eras Tour in Liverpool

Emmerdale and Coronation Street stars, and real-life sisters, Amelia and Bella Flanagan have taken some time away from filming to see Taylor Swift in Liverpool.

Taylor, 34, is performing for the second night running at Anfield stadium. The hotly-anticipated Eras Tour will be attended by more than 150,000 people in the city across three nights.

Emmerdale’s April Windsor actress Amelia, 16, and her sister Bella, who plays Hope Stape in rival soap Corrie, have headed down to witness Taylor in all her glory.

A photo of the two girls, looking very glamorous, was shared on the “Flanagan Family” Instagram account, which is run by parents Rachel and Chris. In the snap both girls are wearing their Swifty friendship bracelets, as well as very sparkly outfits, and matching headdresses.

Fans have rushed to comment on the snap, as Kellie said: “Enjoy girlies” and Daisy said: “Enjoyyyy!” [sic] Karen said: “Have fun girls” and Corrie makeup designer Gill Walsh said: “Yes girls [fire and heart emojis]”.

A number of other famous faces are expected to make the trip to Anfield tonight and tomorrow (Saturday).
