Rod Stewart’s Son Liam Stewart Marries Nicole Artukovich in Elegant Wedding in Croatia!

Rod Stewart has a new daughter-in-law!

The rocker’s son, hockey player Liam Stewart, 29, married Nicole Artukovich at the St. Ignatius Church in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on May 31, in a ceremony surrounded by their loved ones including 1-year-old son Louie.

Guests included the legendary British musician, 79, and his wife Penny Lancaster, as well as Liam’s mom, model Rachel Hunter, whom the musician was married to from 1990-2006. Many of Liam’s seven siblings — including sisters Sarah, Kimberly, Ruby, Renee and brothers Sean, Alastair and Aiden — were also in attendance.

Following the couple’s nuptials, they were escorted down a set of steps by a bagpiper as guests tossed flower petals. A reception followed with long tables set in a stone corridor and live music.

Artukovich wore a strapless gown with lace detail and gloves while Liam opted for a white suit.

Festivities kicked off the night before the nuptials as the bride and groom hosted a stunning seaside cocktail celebration at the Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik. Liam reposted photos from the event on his Instagram Stories including a smiling photo with Rod, captured by his sister Ruby Stewart.

Liam also shared a video on his Instagram Stories of guests dancing the night away as he sang and sprayed drinks into the air.

In the days leading up to their “I do’s” the couple enjoyed some quiet family time by the sea. Artukovich posted a video on her Instagram Stories sitting with Liam by the water in Croatia. “Soaking it all in just the two of us,” she wrote. Later, she shared a sweet picture of Louie napping on her.

Liam and Artukovich announced their engagement with a joint Instagram post on July 5, 2023. “Forever 💍,” they captioned the post.

The pair welcomed their son on May 12 and announced Louis’ birth, with a post on Liam’s Instagram, captioning it, “Welcome lad 💚 you American, British, Croatian, Kiwi. Louie Mark Roderick Stewart 5.12.23.” The middle name, Roderick, is an ode to Liam’s famous father.

Liam shared another post when his son was one week old of the baby looking up at the camera. The caption read: I love you little guy 🐨.”

Later that month, his rocker dad shared photos of him with all the family’s new additions. In a sweet collage picture, Rod held his new grandbabies. “Happy grandad,” he captioned the post.

Ahead of her nuptials, Artukovich celebrated with a bridal shower in California in early March. Later that month, she had her bachelorette party in Las Vegas.

In March, Rod posted a picture to Instagram from a hockey game outing with Aiden, Alastair and Liam. “Proud as a Father could possibly be,” he wrote.
