‘7th Heaven’ Cast Through the Years: Where Are They Now?
The cast of 7th Heaven has come a long way since the series ended in 2007 after 11 seasons.
The WB drama ran from August 1996 to May 2007, with the later seasons airing on The CW. Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks starred as reverend Eric Camden and his wife, Annie, respectively.
Barry Watson (Matt), Jessica Biel (Mary), Beverley Mitchell (Lucy), David Gallagher (Simon), Mackenzie Rosman (Ruthie), Lorenzo Brino (Sam) and Nikolas Brino (David) played their children.
Several cast members forged unbreakable bonds while filming the show. “We used to butt heads and she used to drive me fricking nuts and we used to literally want to battle,” Mitchell exclusively told Us Weekly of Biel in September 2019, revealing that she now calls Biel her “sister.”
Even with the actors’ strong friendships, the show couldn’t avoid scandal when Collins admitted in 2014 to sexually abusing young girls. He told Katie Couric that he exposed himself to teens in the past but denied being a pedophile.
The cast has since reunited without Collins on several occasions, including at a March 2024 event.

Stephen Collins
Collins admitted in a resurfaced video published by TMZ in 2014 that he sexually abused young girls. He later confessed to exposing himself to multiple teens throughout the 1970s to 1990s.
The First Wives Club star has not appeared in a new project since the scandal and has stayed out of the public eye. Collins and wife Faye Grant divorced in January 2015 after nearly 30 years of marriage.
The 7th Heaven cast seemingly froze him out too, reuniting without him in February 2016. Hicks, for her part, told TMZ in September 2016 that she would only sign on for a revival if Collins’ character was killed off.

Jessica Biel
The actress had roles in The A-Team, Valentine’s Day, The Sinner — which earned her an Emmy nomination — and Limetown following her run on 7th Heaven. In 2022, Biel portrayed Candy Montgomery in Hulu’s Candy.
Biel tied the knot with Justin Timberlake in October 2012 and gave birth to their son Silas in April 2015. The couple hit a rough patch in November 2019 after the singer was spotted holding hands with Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright. Biel and Timberlake bounced back and later revealed they welcomed their second son, Phineas, in 2020.
