Home and Away’s Remi receives a warning after pushing himself too far
But he doesn't want to hear it.
Home and Away‘s Remi Carter is going to receive a warning after pushing himself too far this week.
Remi has been struggling recently due to his motorbike crash and subsequent split from Bree Cameron. In scenes set to air in the UK over the next few days, Eden Fowler is looking for something to do since Cash Newman is away on a new job.
She tries to be a good friend to Remi during his recovery, but is brushed off when she proposes he meets with Bree. Still, she accompanies him to his first physiotherapy session.
Remi’s physio tells him that he’s making steady progress. However, Remi thinks it’s going too slowly and lashes out, stating that he’s sick and tired of people telling him how fast he should be healing and what he should be doing.
In his impatience, he overdoes it in a weights session and is left in pain with cramps in his chest.
Eden takes him home but tells him that he should just suck it up and go to hospital for medical attention, regardless of whether Bree is working there that day or not. He refuses, telling her to leave him alone and insists that she doesn’t call Bree for help.
Frustrated, Eden phones her brother Levi, who tells Remi to calm down with the exercise, and wonders if he is working out to aid his recovery or punish himself for being dumped.
Unsurprisingly, Remi only gets more annoyed and tells Eden off for informing Levi about his break-up with Bree. She stands by her decision, telling Remi that Levi needed to be fully informed to give appropriate advice.
Levi insists that Remi should go to hospital as soon as possible, as his injuries need to be assessed by a professional. However, he tries to keep Remi on his side by assuring him that he’ll send him to another hospital further away, so he won’t bump into Bree.
