ℝapist Dean Wicks makes disgusting paedophile allegation about Harvey Monroe in EastEnders
Will Harvey get to the bottom of Dean’s vile act?
This article contains spoilers for Tuesday’s (April 2) EastEnders which has not yet aired on TV but is available to watch now on BBC iPlayer.
Rapist Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) stooped to new lows when he accused Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) of being a paedophile on a public platform in recent EastEnders scenes.
Harvey and Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) have been concerned for Jade Masood’s (Elizabeth Green) welfare for quite a while now, especially following her recent trip to hospital.
Recently, Jean managed to suss out that Dean had been tampering with her antibiotics, which has stopped her from getting better.
Harvey confronted Dean about his accusations
However, when she confronted him, Dean gaslit her into believing that she may have been guilty – ultimately driving her away from the Square.
With Jean gone, Harvey was eager to keep an eye on Jade, and soon bribed Lily Slater (Lillia Turner) into inviting her round for Easter.
Dean was furious to learn that Jade had been hanging around with the Slaters, and soon took to the Walford community group to accuse Harvey of being a ‘pervert’.
When Harvey found out about the post, he was understandably devastated, and soon confronted Dean over his behaviour.
Dean insisted that he just wanted other parents to know that Harvey was a ‘danger’ to their kids, and it didn’t take long for Billy and Honey Mitchell (Perry Fenwick and Emma Barton) to overhear their row.
Billy was quick to jump to Harvey’s defence, while Honey pointed out how Dean wasn’t doing himself any favours when it came to his reputation within the community.
It was then that Harvey pointed out that he didn’t believe Jean was responsible for the mishap with Jade’s medication at all, and left Dean defeated when he swore to find out the truth.
