Emmerdale fuels sinister Ella Forster theory with twisted Meena Jutla mention
Ella has sparked interest with fans
Emmerdale has offered an intriguing update on newcomer Ella Forster (Paula Lane) following the fallout of Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) and Tom’s (James Chase) wedding.
So far we’ve seen Ella make friends with Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) after meeting her at the veterinary ball, and later secured a receptionists job at the surgery after an encounter with Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker).
She’s also struck up a friendship with Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) and defended her when Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) made comments about her breastfeeding in The Woolpack.
But Ella’s niceties have left viewers questioning her ulterior motives – one thing we’ve learnt from over fifty years of new arrivals in the eponymous village is that you can’t move there without a shocking secret or sinister plan.
Why is Ella just so nice?
In tonight’s (February 15) episode, Ella was seen enjoying a drink with her new friends in the pub, as the group discussed the unfolding events at the wedding reception.
News had reached the villagers that vengeful Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) had exposed Tracy Robinson’s (Amy Walsh) affair with Caleb Milligan (William Ash), leading the residents to discuss their own wedding woes over the years.
Ella took particular interest when Dawn recalled the time conniving killer Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) kidnapped her and husband Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzie) on their wedding day.
Viewers will remember that evil Meena drove the happy couple to a remote railway viaduct and held them at gunpoint.
Ahh, happy memories.
‘I’m starting to think this place is a bit nuts’ Ella told Dawn, and she couldn’t be more correct.
But could she have a connection to one of the residents?
Should Dawn be more careful sharing stories with her new mate?
