Ah so that tiny chink in Aaron’s (Danny Miller) we saw for a fleeting moment has all but disappeared. He’s fed up of Cain (Jeff Hordley) ruling the Dingle roost in Emmerdale and now he’s got murder in mind.

Aaron’s stolen car business is thriving, and he arrives at the garage with another stolen car. He’s getting brazen, and Mack (Lawrence Robb) reminds him that he’s playing with fire when it comes to Cain. Aaron, of course, doesn’t care. He seems to be plotting Cain’s demise.

Aaron is unaware that Cain overheard Aaron and Mack’s little exchange about the stolen Porsche, so though he might not have all the facts, he knows Aaron is up to something.

Tension between the two builds as Aaron toys with him and Mack becomes a bit of a third wheel in their fight.

Samson (Sam Hall) is ready for this first car and Aaron wants to be the one to hook him up. But when Aaron’s car goes missing, Cain assumes it’s Samson who’s stolen it.

Samson is later left gutted when Sam demands he return the car as he doesn’t yet have his license. Cain realises Aaron is mucking people about and sells the car on.

Aaron is enjoying getting under Cain’s skin and continues to goad him. He comes up with a doozy to really rattle Cain – he steals Cain’s own car.

But is it a joke too far for Aaron? The police spot him riding around without plates and they take him in for questioning over the recent car thefts. The situation is not looking good for him.

But if he’s not sent down for the car thefts, it may well be murder instead.

After one more bout of disrespect, Cain finally snaps and a vicious brawl ensues. But Aaron is determined to get rid of Uncle Cain and gives the fight of his life. He has nothing to lose and everything to gain from ridding himself of Cain.

The gloves are off, and with Aaron in a particularly unhinged state, things do not end well for Cain after the brutal attack.
