EastEnders star ‘catapulted’ into air after being run over by Chelsea footballer
Dean Gaffney was hit by Wesley Fofana’s Lamborghini
Chelsea player Wesley Fofana left EastEnders legend Dean Gaffney with a broken collarbone after being hit by his Lamborghini.
While on a night out in London, Dean was hit as he attempted to hail a cab on King’s Road, Chelsea, resulting in a hospital stay.
The 45-year-old actor, best known as Robbie Jackson on the popular soap has never spoken out about the incident which occurred back in December 2022.
At the time, Dean was not even aware it was the footballer’s car that had struck him and sent him to hospital with a broken collarbone.

Wesley passed a breathalyser test at the scene and was not held responsible for the incident.
‘It was a nasty accident and Dean said afterwards that he was lucky to be alive and was counting his blessings,’ a source told The Sun.
The 23-year-old French international, who earns £230,000 per week, is also said to have been ‘unaware’ that he had struck the I’m A Celeb star.
The source continued: ‘He’d just left a nightspot and was trying to get in a black cab when the Lamborghini hit him in the midriff, catapulting him into the air.
‘He was out cold and his mates were all really worried. The emergency services gave him pain relief and he was patched up in hospital.’
Reportedly Dean has not spoken out as the incident was not anybody’s fault and does not blame the football star or anyone involved.
Just last month, the EastEnders star shared he was targeted by criminals just weeks before Christmas.
‘I could get angry but what’s the point,’ he wrote alongside the images of his damaged car, with glass everywhere.
‘Let karma work its magic… Xmas time in London… definitely a headache I could do without.’
