ITV Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ Gabby Thomas’ real plan for Tracy Metcalfe after telling scene

Fans of Emmerdale have worked out that Gabby Thomas is about to steal Tracy Metcalfe’s idea of setting up an outdoor nursery.

In tonight’s episode, viewers saw an eager Tracy walk into Tate Farm and speak to Gabby about her new idea and while Kim didn’t appear interested – Gabby seemed far too keen. And this left viewers believing she has a secret agenda.

But unfortunately for Tracy, she firmly believes that Gabby is interested in her unique idea as she divulged all the details of her business plan. Viewers were convinced that Gabby was up to no good. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan wrote: “Gabby is going to pinch her ideas isn’t she???”

Another fan penned: “Since when has Gabby been Deborah fucking Meaden??!! #Emmerdale” A third said: “I’m not a fan of gabby walking round like she owns the village she only runs things because she got knocked up by Kim’s son! That’s it not on merit. #Emmerdale.” A fourth wrote: “Gabby. Brilliant businesswoman. What a load of bo***ks!#Emmerdale.”

But it wasn’t just Gabby’s secret attempt at stealing Tracy’s ideas that caught the eye of fans, it was also her apparent method at acting as a business woman. Another fan said: “Tracey asking Gabby for business advice.” A second said: “Sod off Gabby Dragon’s Den Thomas #emmerdale.”

And fans could also see holes in Tracy’s idea of having an outdoor nursery. One person wrote: “Outside nursery, I can see kidnap problems straightaway!” Tracy firmly believes that her life is about to change after she told Caleb that their affair has no chance of happening again.

In a heated discussion, Tracy told him that her life was on the up as she believes, she has now secured funding for a business idea. But viewers will remember that Tracy got revenge on Caleb earlier this month after their affair was exposed. Caleb and Tracy embarked in an affair despite her being newly married to Nate, whose uncle is Caleb. On Christmas Day, the duo were rumbled by a shocked Moira Dingle, who ordered Caleb to end his relationship with Tracy.

After their affair was exposed, Caleb put an end to their romance, leaving Tracy devastated and embarrassed. She then decided to get revenge on Caleb by blackmailing him into supporting her nursery project or she would spill the beans to Cain Dingle, whose son is Nate. Tracy said: “Maybe you underestimate me”, claiming she only got with him to get “more from life”, she warned: “I’m not messing around here.”

However, Tracy’s plan backfired as she took the chance to pitch her forest nursery idea to Gabby who had initially considered it. When Caleb asked to sit in on the meeting as an investor, Gabby was put off Tracy’s plans. And this left Tracy furious and she asked for the advice from Moira. The farm owner told her that she should offer to give Caleb the money back – and see if he takes it.
